Nedbank home owners insurance useless ******** idiots

I have read all the other references on Hello Peter about Nedbank home insurance ,they are a bunch of useless idiots ,they dont even no how to treat their customers ,you lodge a claim and they dont even contact you back,stinking ******* service ,i lodged a claim for my pool pump and sand filter ,i had to phone and beg them for information ,Moses from their plumbing dept calls me back after 11 days saying the claim is rejected ,told me he will send me a rejection letter ,still never receive it .
