Nedbank home owners insurance - Nedbank doesn't make things happen

Most useless, pathetic service I have ever received from Nedbank building insurance. My geizer burst more that 2 weeks ago, It was replaced 3 days later, the plumbers assigned by Nedbank caused damages to my house, two and a half weeks later nedbank has still not resolved my complaint, not even to mention once phoning me asking if it had been resolved. I'm moving my building insurance as im paying more using nedbank's own yet get less to no service, then Lauren Dutton has the audasity to tell me in a mail if I fail to pay insurance future claims will not be covered?? Not like im getting any service now am I?

When buying a house rather from the start get your own insurance as I would not recommend Nedbank to anyone.

So a month later and still not resolved. Speaking to an VERY rude Bianca Thompson "executive service support" who will tell me the customer I am being uncooperative as she properbly doesnt understand that I work and need to take off from work having lost already 2 leave days soring out the geyser, seems at nedbank the customer is not right by just asking for assistance after hours. below is her professional reply to me, and her solution is for me to pay excess to another company to fix my ceiling which was damaged by the first plumber THEY send.

Dear Mr Pretorius

Thank you for your response.

I have received disturbing feedback from our insurance complaints department that they are willing assist with resolution of this claim but that you have been unco-operative of recent.

Please advise how you would like this matter to be resolved in order to communicate this to them. Failing which, they will be closing this matter on their side.

Your co-operation is appreciated.

Regards

Nedbank
