Nedbank Home owners insurance a waste

Unprofessional and uncaring insurance. Reported home alarm having failed and Have no alarm system for 2 days now and the company is dragging their feet. Assessor don't pitch although we took leave waiting for them. Waited on line for an hour trying to get go ahead to use my own local service provider. Attempts to speak to a team leader is futile. Just can't win .....call agents are also in the dark most of the time. My family security at risk.
