Nedbank Home Owners Insurance

<p>Claim logged on 4 March 2017- to date- 20 March 2017- 1 person came through to see the problem and it was the WRONG PERSON! Another person called last week and made arrangements to come through this past Saturday and NO ONE arrived!!! Tired of calling Nedbank and going nowwhere, hence here I have the opportunity to complain! Claim number is: C ********** 71518. What kind of *********** and unprofessional contractors does Nedbank have???? ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!! Get a technician to my house ASAP. Called today and spoke to Lindi who kept me on hold for 10 minutes without a word as to what the delay was! Another incompetency!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
