Nedbank home owner Insurance

I had a storm claim in 2020 December my house was messed up Nedbank sent they people and no reply after 4 weeks I followed up they told me it’s declined due to the report says it mantaince .

2 weeks ago we had a storm and my house and everything just was messed up I even have videos ! Pls note that there is over 15 house in my streets same problem.. so now I have been told it’s maintenance when I am not happy when the guy come out I even recorded him he told me the first report was not correct because he can see this house is well maintained and he will challenge it now again Nedbank is declining my claim ‘ this is pure unfair why do I pay the insurance and this was cause of storm and hail !
