Nedbank home-loans: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Nedbank home loan collections referred me to their lawyers (HP attorneys) because instead of my debit order going off on 28 February it went off on the 1st of March. To add to that, they also listed it on the credit bureau with no notice whatsover. Is that even allowed?
