Nedbank home loans shocking

Well, nedbank has really outdone themselves on this one. We have a homeloan with nedbank since 2016, everything was fine until today. I got my homeloan statement like a do every month, just to see on the very last page that my home loan instalment has increased by almost R4000 due to “INSURANCE CHANGES “ with immediate affect, what the actual hell!!!!! No phone call, no proper email regarding the ridiculous increase! Or how they actually calculated that ridiculous amount. It’s just slapped on the bottom of the statement. Bunch of clowns.
