Nedbank Home loans restructure issues

I recently had Nedbank Home loans restructure my bond due to covid related finance issues and now being up to date after selling my car to settle the outstanding amounts I'm being hounded by collection agents about an outstanding legal fee which make no sense at all. Every day someone different calls and I have to repeat myself and everyday the end up apologizing and say it's an issue on their legal side. I am an extremely disappointed client.
