Nedbank Home Loans Restructure Department unprofessional

I called Nedbank Home loans regarding a restructure on our bond but the lady said the Restructure Home Loan dep don't take calls i must email, i did this and now I'm getting ignored. So i sent a mail again today. So no one takes calls and they ignore my emails? No what? Also I was told we first have to miss payments on the bond to that it goes to legal before they help us with a restructure. That's nice so il then stop my debit order end of Sept so that it bounces as Nedbank Home loans rather want me to fall behind rather than to assist before that happens, verry professional Nedbank...I think its time to move the bond to another bank.
