Nedbank Home Loans- Poor document management.

The Nedbank Home Loans departments has really dissapointed a bank i never had isssues with for years. I requested a electrical certificate of compliance from the bank and was told the ban doesn't have it on record. This is a house I am still paying for (bonded).

I would like to know who can assist with this as surely such a big organization has a retention policy for such important documentation.

I raised a case (ref ***4) and was simply told the bank cannot help me with the requirement.
