NEDBANK HOME LOANS PATHETIC BANK

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING !!!!

I app**** for a Nedbank home loan and i was approved. Everything went through. R 60 000 was paid over to attorneys for registration costs. On the day of registration Nedbank decides to do an internal audit and review the application again.

AGAIN this was on registration day ! We have 2 small children and our entire lives is already packed away in boxes. But okay. The seller has already moved out of the property, The seller didn't move a block away ! He moved to another province. More than a week of calling and requesting feedback but not a single person at Nedbank can assist. A week later we get notified that the bond has been withdrawn.

1. R 60 000 gone. @Nedbank do you know how long it takes a family to save up that much money to buy a house for their future ???????? clearly you don't because you don't give a **** about your customers ! 2. I can understand wanting to review a bond application because it is a massive amount of money, What i don't understand is that you wait until a person pays over every single bit of savings money that they have and then you decide that they are no longer good enough. Audits should have been done prior to Lodgement and Prep !

You care about absolutely nothing. Customers are like ants to you that you can just walk over !

I am and have been a customer with FNB for over 10 years and i decided to take the bond with Nedbank because the rates were better. I guess it shows what cheap gets you.

No wonder Nedbank is one of the lowest ranked banks !!!!

I will make it a part of my daily routine to convert Nedbank customers to FNB because I will not stand back and let you do to another family what you have done to mine !!!!!

2 years of saving every month for a dream gone in an instant because Nedbank is pathetic !
