Nedbank Home Loans - Incorrect Notification of Missed Payment

I have never missed a payment on my Nedbank home loan, however, when I tried to transfer funds into my Nedbank current account, the transfers were being rejected from Nedbank's side. I called the home loan department and they advised me to try and pay the funds into the Nedbank Home Loan account directly. I processed an immediate transfer from Absa on the Friday the 29th of July and received a notification that the transfer had gone through to Nedbank. I have now received a notification that I missed a payment and it is now affecting my credit score. Nedbank states that the payment only was received on Monday the 1st of August 2022 which is complete nonsense. I have the Absa proof of payment to confirm that the payment went through. When I try and call the Home Loans department to sort this out they are absolutely useless. So I wasted time and money to make an immediate payment for my home loan before the due date and I am still being penalized. I would appreciate some assistance to rectify this matter.
