Nedbank Home Loans | Finding the Right Individual

I have been trying to get on top of my Home Loan for the past 1 year. I am currently under debt review - and because of the bad communication between nedbank and DebtReview Company - I have run into arrears AFTER 1 year! However - I am willing rectify this by paying more everymonth and restructure bond accordingly so it does not reflect as in Arrears - HOWEVER it has been a Nightmare to get a hold of ANY sensible or proactive being at Nedbank. I have explored all option and hope that this post will lead me in the right direction with Nedbank Home Loans and prevent me from being handed over to a forth company for an unknown reason.
