Nedbank Home Loans

Nedbank Home Loans messed up with regard to going over to the new debit order system and the customers must suffer. I received an immediate statement reflecting arrears and my bureau now also in arrears, even though they are sitting with my money. What took them 1 day to mess up is now taking a week to try and rectify. My scoring that I worked so hard on messed up.
