Nedbank Home loans

I have had countless issues with Nedbank Home loans. The latest being that my debit order went off on the 25th and then I get a SMS today saying that my account is in arrears with over R7k. I call Nedbank Home Loans department and they advised that it is technically not in arrears as I only owe an R81. I then asked why could they not just debit it on the 25th and the lady advised that they are not allowed to do that due to who knows what reason and that the sms is sytem generated. Then at 2am the following day I get an email saying that my account is in arrears with over R7k and that I will be listed on the credit bureaus. This is so frustrating as my account is only short with a silly R81 (which they did not debit) and I have sent a formal complaint in January already and still no response (after I sent 2 follow-ups). This is such terrible service!!!!!
