I called the call centre today as I have previously requested that the debit order be cancelled as my bank account is closing and the bond will be paid from my company directly via eft monthly. Please be advised that this has not been cancelled or actioned and io request for the debit order to be cancelled immediately on my account and the due date of payment on the bond to be set for the 15, 18 or 20th of each month.

Payment has been made today via debit order and the next expected payment date must be the 15,18 or 20th of May 2019 for the month of May.

Please action this accordingly and provide confirmation of this at your soonest.
