Nedbank Home Loans Complaint

I got retrenched in November and as soon I found out I phone Nedbank Home Loans to make an arrangement until February as no-one employs over December. They refuse to accept any arrangement and will only accept 70% of the installment. I did however make payments of R3,000 each month. In the meantime Nedbank closed my current account due to my home loans being in arrears. In February I contacted Nedbank Home Loans as I got a new job to make arrangement to repay the outstanding over 6 months. They were not interested at all and said they are taking legal action against me. I asked them if they do not want my money what are they taking action on - for the money that you don't want from me? Who is getting kick-back for handing customers to the attorneys? Or are you set on taking my house from me? I also requested the email addressed for the directors. No response on this and since then I had no correspondence from Nedbank. End of March I made the payment of the installment + the part of the outstanding as I offered to do. Last week I got home and the Sheriff was at my house. I contacted the Sheriff who delivered the summons to my house. I contacted the attorneys and they claim a new must bigger amount from me. Today I received a sms from the original lady who refused any arrangement I made threating that if I don't make an arrangement my house will be sold in execution. The Nedbank staff suggested I borrow money from family to pay the loan and then pay the family back, or use my credit card to pay installments. In all this time I have made numerous phone calls, send loads of emails, went to another branch to speak to their managers for assistance, contacted the client support at Nedbank who refers you back to the staff you complain about, I send email to Nedbank Ombuds email which you should do before you go to the ombudsman (could not get anyone on the line for that), etc, etc, etc, I send them emails with PLEASE HELP ME - what do you want??? They just press on to take my house. I do not have the money to pay for an attorney to take on Nedbank. I don't know where to turn. Nedbank only has closed doors!!

Soooooo they send me back to the same person who's response was she will come back to me. In the meantime, I requested on the 6th from the Attorneys for a breakdown of the amount they demand at it is much higher than to my knowledge. Today I received the reply as they waited for Nedbank's response. However, the summons gave me 10 days to make an "agreed" arrangement else they are ripping my house from me. This leaves me with 3 days to propose an arrangement to Nedbank. Apparently they expect me to settle the arrears over 6 months - which is exactly what I offered to do 3 months ago. If Nedbank declined my arrangement 3 months ago, why will they now accept the same arrangement? Are they set on taking my house????? Where do I turn to get help???
