Dear Nedbank Home Loans

My home loan was approved late 2022 and the transfer was successfully completed. The process was seamless and the consultant that assisted me deserves a 10/10.

I have been informed of the promotional offer and also noted it on your website, which attracted me to apply to Nedbank. I have made my second bond payment from my new Nedbank account, however, to date, the cashback was not paid into my account.

At the time, the consultant advised me that it will take some time after registration, but it will be within 45 business days, a date which has passed.

My banker also followed-up, but it appears that this matter cannot be resolved timeously.

Can you kindly escalate this matter.
