Nedbank home loans call centre incompetency
Today I needed assistance from Nedbank home loans department, in order to issue a 90 day notice because I want to switch my account to another bank and that was the most gruesome and irritating experience ever because of how I was taken from pillar to post that I ended up making +/- 13 calls and didn’t receive any help. Hopefully the recordings they do are put under review and something is done about their service

16 Mar 2023, 17:23In the same breath I would like to highly thank a banker at rustenburg mall branch called Ernest Setshogoe on resolving my issue so easily that it made me wonder why everyone else can’t be like him. Not only did he help me but he almost made me switch my account because he gave me a great presentation of all the great benefits at Nedbank. An employee like that is an asset
