Nedbank Home loans are Useless

I sold my property that had been (bonded trough Nedbank) first big mistake on my part. Now seller has paid and everything cancelation attorney has baid my settlement to Nedbank 12 days ago and today Nedbank agnoleged they have recieved the money but before they remove it from my account and refund me they want a POP for 5 hours the cancelation attorney has traid to explain they have reference and guarantees they don't need a pop aswell as they have the money already the more they refuse so *********** and when I try to resolve it myself the assistants end chats then you get cut off for maintenance then the assistant doesn't understand the problem.DO NOT MOVE YOUR BUSINESS TO NEDBANK
