Nedbank home loans are not professional

<p>i app**** for finance to be done on my unbonded property then everything was approved and an evaluator was sent to the property.firstly the lady was so rude and she never measured or anything just took few pictures and left without saying anything.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>few hours later I received an email that its been declined reason is that the property is insuffient.then I called in and tried to understand then I spoke to philile she advised that it does not qualify because its in an informal settlement.as per city of JHB evaluation my property is worth 500k and I had app**** for 300k</p> <p> </p> <p>please advise with this case people in the townships wont be financed because of that</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>a</p> <p>pleadepw</p>
