Nedbank Home Loans Appalling Service
Good day. Due to the Covid19 epedemic I have been trying to make payment arrangements on my bond as I am in a no work no pay situation. This attempt has been going on for 2 weeks unsuccessfully. Apparently my account is in the debt review department without my knowledge. I am not under debt review and have been paying my account via debt order from my nedbank cheque account. I was told to contact the debt compelling company who nedbank said they had on file and to get them to send a 17.W form to cancel this debt review. This was to be and sent to nedbank on 21/04/2020. Since then I have still been unsuccessful in trying to make payment arrangements. Kwena from the debt review section says I am no longer on debt review and cannot assist me and that I should speak to the home loan collections division. The collections division says I am still on debt review. I have been going back and forth between these two divisions and they constantly tell me go speak to the other division. Today alone it cost me over 3 hours and R300 in airtime. I have spent close to R600 so far in airtime trying to get assistance. We the consumer have enough to worry about already without having to spend money unnecessarily. They are totally unprofessional. Totally unhelpful and extremely inconsiderate. Even the team leader Melanie has the audacity to ask me what must she do if debt review can't do their job properly. How is that a question for me. Please Hello Peter assist so that more less fortunate persons need not go through this unprofessionalism. Does Nedbank not speak to their other divisions. Is it the consumer who has to do their work for them to.
