Nedbank Home loans

Yesterday I’ve been on the phone with Nedbank consultants for over 37 minutes, sending me from pillar to post. I’ve made an arrangement for them to debit a specific amount on the 25th of June.They debited on the 22nd and the 24th for me to incur bank charges. On the 27th they debited the amount with an extra R2200. Now I’ve been trying to find out what is the extra amount for and for them to reverse it. I was helped by a bunch of *********** people transferring the call from one consultant to the other.Please help me to have this resolved.
