NEDBANK HOME LOANS

<p>Nedbank charged me R 9676 early settlement interest on by Bond cancelation ( Account number ********** 852101 ). Nedbank informed me that this was due to my failure to give them 90 day notice ( REF ********** 4 ) When I look at the contract, I did neglect to inform Nedbank. I requested Nedbank not to penalize me because the amount has a huge impact on my cash flow and as a matter of good faith from Nedbank. They did not even consider my request. Do big companies like Nedbank have no mercy on their clients? Banks pay huge advertising bills but when it gets down to the numbers it seems they are not prepared to even consider a client’s position. </p>
