NEDBANK HOME LOAN TRAP!!

Clause 13 of Nedbank's bond agreement speaks of cession of rentals. Over a year I had asked Nedbank to apply this clause. Which they never bothered looking into but rather has went on with their own agenda regarding the property!

It had clearly been stated in the contract that should the property be tenanted they may collect their bond directly from the tenants. They blatantly refused to apply the clause!!

Never ever consider taking a home loan from Nedbank. Its a trap legally!!
