Nedbank home loan taking two payments

Nedbank home Loan deducted from my account twice, making my other debtors to bounce. After calling them to reverse the one payment, I was told they are sorry but it takes 3 to 5 working days for them to do so. Nedbank left me unable to meet my other financial need. and not willing to reverse my money immediately. Really This's very unprofessional service. Can Nedbank management please reverse my money to allow me to pay for my other expenses.
