Nedbank Home loan statement overcharged

The worst experience ever, one is unable to get in touch with the right department, I was on the phone for more that 45 mins.

I get my home loan statement that is showing 2 different figures.

I call Linda from the complaints department who tells me that I am being charged because your account is with legal hence there is a third party cost.

A payment arrangement is in place with Nedbank who are directly debiting my account, this is unjust enrichment on Nedbank's part.

As per telephone conversation with the consultant that made my payment arrangement I should finish paying off the debt in Oct and now I am getting a statement with totally different figures.

Can someone look at this for me.
