nedbank home loan query

i was retrenched in Oct 2020 and i have an existing home loan with Nedbank. i have been trying get a payment break as they stipulated on their terms of contract however after completing all the documents no one is coming back to me to advise. i have been following up since beginning of Nov 2020 but there is still no response from Nedbank.
