Nedbank Home loan is terrible!

Hi Nedbank

I am having so much issues with your Home finance i have been in connection with 2 of your collection agents and not 1 of them can help me and the i keep on getting threats from Nedbank saying they are going to hand me over. the mistake is made on Nedbank site and i am busy paying the price stating that i owe them 2 months debit orders after they refunded me 1 month i payed them the debit order the same month and now the say i owe them 2 months.

NOT HAPPY WITH NEDBANK AND THEIR ****TY SERVICE!!!!!
