Nedbank Home Loan Insurance - External

Nedbank Building loan. Insurance to the building. Every year i need to provide proof of external insurance cover to Nedbank. Every year is the same problem. I provide the proof of external insurance schedule on the building. One Nedbank department will tell me, thankyou received and ok. The other department will phone me 3 weeks later, telling me they don't have such document and that they will be adding the insurance to my monthly installment.

I am sick a tired doing their work and telling them is has been submitted and they argue that it is not on their system.

So for 2018 i did provide it. Fix your system ! and talk to each other. I want confirmation that you have received my documentation and that you will not be adding the insurance to my monthly installment.
