Nedbank home loan insurance

It is now a year later since the incident. Nothing has been done till this day, our roof continues to leak and even more damage is caused.

Good day Nedbank, my mom had a home loan account with you that she has since paid out, and still has insurance (storm, fire) (home owners /building cover) covering the home. November last year after the heavy rains, our home roof was damaged, and eventually damaging some house contants. We made the first claim on the 23 rd November. Claim number C ***. January we received a from a call subcontractor who said they were aware of our claim and came to assess, another subcontractor was sent followed by the inspector and we later informed that Nedbank wants to payout 6000, which we refuse to accept. It's 6 months down the line. We are sitting with a leaking roof, while we continue to pay insurance. This is totally unacceptable, kindly contact me in this regard.
