Nedbank home loan *******ly deducted my money and they refused to refund me.

Early January 2019 I decided to change my bank account from Absa to Capitec. After Nedbank refuse to take the instruction I gave to Capitec, I then called Nedbank to inform them of the change of banks. The lady I spoke to in January 2019 was Shirley. To my surprise, I got an sms from Nedbank home loan that I must load my Absa account with money, they didn't make the changes as I instructed them. In then called them to find out why didn't they change as I had instructed them? I was sent from pillar to post until I spoke to one lady and I made arrangements that between the 6 & 7 March there will be a deduction on my Capitec account. Yesterday 6 March 2019 Nedbank made an ******* deduction from my absa account of over R3900. I then called Nedbank to refund my money, I spoke to a lady who was ****** rude, when I told her that the money they deducted *******ly was meant to buy material to build a carport. The rude lady told me that I will get the money when they done with their investigation, I told her that I was on my way to buy the material when they took my money, we ended up fighting with her until I asked to speak to her supervisor. She then transferred my call to Claudia, I told her the story and that I need the money to buy material for a shelter, she(Claudia) told me I won't get my money I will have to wait, I told her I can't wait and they need to make an immediate payment of the money the took and she said no they won't do that. I must send a bank statement that shows the deduction, I did that and sent it to her and until this hour I have not received the money. This morning I went to a local Nedbank and I was told the bank can make an immediate payment, it's just that some employees are just lazy. I must now pay the contractor for cancelling them because i don't have the material and they lost out on other jobs because I booked them for the 7& 8 March. I believe Nedbank cost me and they must compensate me for this. Today they again deducted another R3900 from my Capitec account. I need help as a matter of urgency. The Boitumelo lady said to me that I can't instruct when to refund the money, they will do it on their own terms.
