Nedbank Home Loan Features inconvenience

I currently have a home loan account with Nedbank. When, I first started with home loan account and used the Money App, we have the readvance facility available on the app. However, this was removed without Nedbank informing any one. Now you have to go through a cumbersome application process to access these funds. The strange part , is that they have access to my accounts with them and you were approved for the original bond amount and have kept up with the payments . It just seems that this has been a decision to go backwards for home loan account with Nedbank. I am very unhappy as this one feature that was sold to me when took out home loan with Nedbank.
