Nedbank Home loan

Stay away from this clueless bunch. I have an existing home loan and for 3 days I have tried to find out whether or not I can add a solar solution to my current homeloan (which is advertised on their website). In three days' worth of calls, I have just been met with clueless call centre agents who have no idea or start transferring me for 10 minutes just for the call to get dropped. Think twice before signing up for any solution here
