Nedbank Home Loan Double Debit Order

Today I noticed that my monthly debit or for my Nedbank home loan went of twice. There were no communication to me that they intended to do this and I find it appalling that Nedbank is just able to take money from my account and can't rectify the issue immediatelywith an apology. I contacted the Nedbank call center and was told that Nedbank can't reverse a debit order and that this can only be sorted out between 3 and 5 business days. I have sent multiple emails to explain the urgency, but my emails are being ignored. The complete arrogance and unwillingness to assist me at this stage of the month when my other debit orders are due is totally unacceptable. It is actions like this that will cause me to close all my Nedbank accounts!
