Nedbank Home Loan Department worst ever!!!!!!

I have received the Worse Service from Nedback , the call center Agents transfer you from pillar to Post. I have utter disappointment & regret taking out my home loan with Nedbank. Spoke to several agents namely Sibusiso & Anastasia , I was told I should have patients and was assisted out out curtesy. I asked to speak to their Manager who is always in a meeting , Shaleen Cupido. This is an urgent application on my existing Bond as i have a crisis. After several messages for someone senior to call me, I am still awaiting.
