Nedbank Home Loan Department taking money without consent.

Good day

We have a Home loan bond with Nedbank for a years now and the constant struggle with them taking money from my account not within the agreed upon debit order date.

we asked for the debit order to be deducted on the last day of the month, today (the 13th) they decided to take all my money in my account

we did not agree to this date, we did not budget for this to happen today since we have not received our salary.

we keep getting smses that nedbank home loan debit order will go off earlier than the date agreed upon and even if I OPT out they still take the money!

I'm not happy with this

I want this debit order refunded and it can be taken off again on the agreed upon date!

How am I suppose to live the rest of December when nedbank took my money earlier than agreed upon

this is what's been happening for YEARS and we have to phone and email them every single month regarding this matter and its ridiculous now

must we move our bond elsewhere now?
