Nedbank home loan department is the worst with *********** staff

Nedbank home loan insurance is the worst . My bond is paid off and since April I'm waiting for the bond account to he closed . Asked to change my banking details for my insurance to go off and to date they have the nerve to ask for a marriage certificate. TODAY I WAS TOLD THAT MY BANKING DETAILS WONT BE CHANGED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT YOU CUSTOMERS IM DISGUSTED .. I demand to speak to someone who knows how to assist me !!!!!!!
