Nedbank home loan COVID 19 payment holiday sham

Despite the advertised claim that the COVID 19 relief payment holidays will not affect your credit record, the approved payment holiday has been listed as a missed payment. despite me reaching out to Nedbank for clarity to rectify the error, no help or clarification has been forth coming. Nedbank home loan department has been completely silent not giving any response over the course of the last 3 weeks.
