Nedbank Home Loan Cancellation - BAD SERVICE!!!!

I have been trying to cancel a bond and get my title deed with no luck. Firstly I visited a branch and sat for 45 minutes with no one attending to me , there was no one at the front desk to ask what I was there for. After 45 minutes of sitting finally got up and asked if I can be helped only to be given a number and asked to call the number as they cannot help me at the branch. I left and called the number while I was in the car - the tele consultant said I should go back to the branch as they cannot verify me I need to get my biometrics - here I am going back to the branch who didn’t care to ask any details had me wait for 45 minutes and then they assisted as per the tele sales lady had instructed. I then continued to speak to the lady on the phone advising her that I would like to cancel my bond it has been paid up for years and I need the title deed- she explained the process saying it would go to cancellations attorneys would be assigned and they will call me in 2-3 days …. It’s been 11 days. I am the one calling every day to ask what’s going on, the lady on the phone said nothing has been done she will escalate … it’s been 3 days NOTHING!!
