Nedbank Home loan Account

I Have a problem with Nedbank bond account. I called Nedbank on the 23rd of April 2024 to ask about the SMS I received saying my bond is R10K+ yet i pay R8900.00 and some change. Nedbank said i am paying house insurance of which i cancelled in March 2023 but they reinstated it without my consent or authorization. U then called again that i need a breakdown statement to see what exactly in detail am i paying for because i do not have a property insurance with them anymore, then the consultant said the statement is R45.00. Nedbank's service is pathetic. I did not authorize for home insurance with them as they said i agreed to it in March of which i did not speak to anyone from them via telephone or email etc. Nedbank sucks. I am in a process to switch my bond because of their *****ulent authorisation and pathetic service. Why were they so quick to to give me the bond. should i have known, i would have declined them nxa.Mfana Ngcobo
