Nedbank Home Loan

Nedbank home loans debited my account twice on the 21 June 2025( Saturday ).I called their call centre on the 23 of June ( Monday) and requested a refund of the excess amount. Refund request was acknowledged and was told Funda will be paid back to my account within 24-48 working hours. I followed up on the 26th of June (Thursday) and I was told Funda were released and should reflect on my account the next day. Today , 30 June 2025 ( Monday), still no funds paid to my account. I went to the Nedbank branch in Zevenwacht. We called the call centre with the assistance of the branch team leader, only to be told there is no record of a refund being requested for me and a new request for a refund must be logged. This is the second month Nedbank is debited my account twice and I suffer the financial inconvenience 😡😡
