Nedbank home loan

May you please assist me in clarifying my credit score of missed payment in Dec which is not true.

The bond consists of me and my ex husband and i have called in to let Nedbank know of the sale of the house due to divorce proceedings and i have always maintained my payments the only month we did not pay was this month February 2025 due to the process of registration of the new buyers I have again called in in January to notify the bank about the sale that went through.

So my issue is the missed payment of December on my credit report please rectify and update my credit card report because iam about to buy a new house and it will affect me negatively and December there was no missed payment i have proof of payment.

Please correct the error due to the importance of me obtaining a new loan
