Nedbank Home loan

Firstly want to thank the nedbank call centre team for their assistance. Lastly Nedbank collection team have put my home loan under collection but it is not in arrears according to the home loan statement and by confirmation of the employees. However Nedbank deducted an amount of R2469.96 yesterday stating it is an 'internally affect...' instead of them deducting their installment for this month. why would an account that is up to date go to collections? And who will pay for the bank chargers
