Nedbank home loan

<p> My ex husband tried to **** me with an axe and he broke my arm. I left the house because I was scared that he was going to **** me. He continued to stay in the house but he didn't pay for it. When I app**** for a divorce they didn't state the assets on the decree of divorce. Although it was a joint bond but he is the one who was paying the bond. When I spoke to him about the house after we divorced he said it's not my house it's his house he is the one who is paying for it and he bought me out of the house. Nedbank didn't inform me that the house was going for an auction. I got a call from their attorneys saying that I am owing Nedbank, the house was sold on an auction for one hundred and something thousand we are owing four hundred and something thousand since the house was five hundred and something thousand. I will get the exact figures as soon as possible. I got 2 lawyers that I paid who didn't help me with this matter. As we speak I pay R500 every month for this bond, my ex husband is not paying anything. I can't afford to pay for that bond and I am a single parent who have two kids. I am renting where I am staying. I can't even buy a house for my kids because of Nedbank bond. Please check if they followed the right procedures when they took the house for an auction and why it was sold for a cheap price. My ex husband said one day he asked someone to go to an auction and bought it so that he can get something out of it, I have nothing to do with that house it's his. But since there is an amount outstanding on the house I am also liable why? Please help me. I left the house in year 2008, I've been paying the lawyers who didn't help me at all.
