Nedbank home insurance the worst ever to exist

If you want the worst experience in home insurance these are the right people. I put in a claim otherwise 16th of Aug on my buildings insurance, my claimed was lodged and captured and I was informed someone will contact me. Nobody contacted me and I had to start doing follow up only to be sent from pillar to post and all for nothing. I contacted the complaints department and an sis was sent with the name of the person who was handling my claim. It's 3 days later and this person has not contacted me. The consultants are clueless. Nedbank is so quick to take money and clearly they have no clue what insurance. I shudder to think if I was experiencing an emergency with a none existence customer assistance time where I would be. The complaints department is as useless the person who claimed they would ensure to do follow up with me has gone awol! Doesn't respond to my emails or phone calls. Useless insurance Company.🚮
