Nedbank Home Insurance - terrible service

I can't even give Nedbank Home Insurance one star. After paying religiously for 7 years and fonallynputting in a claim for a ceilingvtgat caved in, we were told that the claim was denied because the nails in the ceiling were too short! Hiw were we supposed to know that when buying the house?? Did we have to get into the ceiling and check every nail before buying the house? This is ridiculous! And then they don't even send an email to tell us. If I didn't phone to find out what's going on, I wouldn't have known! They don't care about their customers! Quick to take your money but can't help you when you are in an emergency. It's like you did something wrong and they're there to catch you out! Terrible service.
