Nedbank Home Insurance Terrible service

I made a claim on my home insurance on 19 December 2020, about my garage door which was damaged after an attempted burglary. I have made three follow ups and every time I am told someone is looking into it and they will contact me, but nothing is done. Thus far, one person came on 04 January 2021 to take pictures but nothing after that.
