Nedbank home insurance poor service very poor .....

I lodged a home insurance claim last year and been making follow up calls I did not help, I called them many times this year still no help, they promise to resolve the matter then go quiet till i call again . The consultants i spoke to were all not helpful to me. it is frustrating pay for a service and receive no help, i feel like all my monthly payments from 2017 till to day was a waste of resources.......very very very poor service from Nedbank home insurance.
