Nedbank Home Insurance Poor Service

I have been struggling for 6 moths with Nedbank Home insurance to have a claim attended to. There is just no service. I have spend hours on the phone with one aftet the other consultant that have no ability to assist. Some personal claim assessor is supposed to assist but this is never available and will always call back.
